Nathan Gaspard, AICP

Nathan S. Gaspard currently serves as Director of Planning for Moore Planning Group, LLC. Nathan has nearly thirty years of experience on a variety of design and planning projects including state and national award-winning efforts. Many of the Master Plans he works on recommend zoning and ordinance review and additions, and economic development through improved quality of life initiatives.

Nathan has numerous years of experience facilitating and coordinating research and tasking of multiple federal, state and local agencies and groups. He continues to work with government and public officials, including mayors, City Councils, Department of Transportation, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Economic Development, regional planning authorities, neighborhood groups, and community organizations.

An Avoyelles Parish native, he has a deep understanding of Louisiana’s natural resources and culture and an appreciation of its unique lifestyles and challenges.
