Jeff Bell, Sr. Landscape Architect / Planner manages the Baton Rouge Office of the MPG Planning Team, with key leadership involvement with projects in the City of Central, City of Baton Rouge, City of Lake Charles, City of Ridgeland Mississippi, and Iberville Parish. His professional career has spanned over nineteen years and he has served as lead designer on many planning and design projects throughout the Southeast United States.

Jeff's professional planning experience has included work on governmental master plan projects and private investment land development projects specifically regional and community planning, mixed land use planning, residential developments, office, commercial and specialty retail developments. Jeff's landscape architectural experience includes view corridor design standards, streetscape design, environmental graphic signage design, and site development planning and design.

As a Louisiana native, Jeff is excited to be back home to raise his children around the LSU Tigers.
